Ingredients

1 pack of Pulled Oumph!

1 pack Oumph! Smoky Bits

A little oil to fry

2 seeded bagels, sliced and toasted

2 tsp vegan butter

2 slices of vegan cheese

2 spring onions, chopped

A dash of soy sauce

For the Chilli Mayo

1 tbsp vegan mayo

1-2 tsp hot sauce

1-2 tsp water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pulled Oumph! and Oumph! Smoky Bits in two separate pans by frying them in a little oil. Once the Smoky Bits crispen up, add a dash of soy sauce, stir it through and remove the pan from the heat.
  2. Toast and butter the bagel slices, then top with the slice of vegan cheeze and add the hot Pulled Oumph! on top. Sprinkle with the Smoky bits and chopped spring onions.
  3. Whip up the chilli mayo in a small bowl and drizzle over the bagels. Enjoy hot or cold.
