Oumph! Smoky Bits Melt
100 g Oumph! Smoky Bits
200 ml grated plant-based cheese of Cheddar type
100 ml plant-based cream
Sliced chilli and chives, for decoration (optional)
Fry the Oumph! Smoky Bits in cooking oil until they’re crispy and a nice colour.
Pour the cream into a pan and bring to the boil. Stir in the cheese until it’s melted. Mix with the hand mixer until the sauce is smooth.
Add the fried Oumph! Smoky Bits. Stir. Pour into a serving bowl.
