Oumph! O.L.T.
Ingredients
100 g Oumph! Salty & Smoky or Oumph! Thyme and Garlic
Any white bread, 4 slices per sandwich
1 tomato
Red onion
Salad, iceberg or romaine
1 tsp. raw sugar
Oil to fry in
Dressing:
1 dl vegetable-based cheese
1 dl vegetable-based crème fraiche
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
Black pepper
Salt
Instructions
Defrost the Oumph! and slice into thinner pieces. Slice the tomato and red onions. Rinse and split the salad. Mix the ingredients into the dressing – taste. Fry 100 g of sliced Oumph!, and add salt and pepper according to your liking. Add the raw sugar and fry until everything is crispy. Fry the bread until golden brown. Add dressing to the bread and fill with Oumph!, tomato, onion and salad in different layers. The Oumph! is done!
