Oumph! Gulasch
Serves 4
Ingredients
280 g Oumph! The Chunk
2 tbsp canola oil
2 dl chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 pack (500 g) ready seasoned potatoes
1 jar hot ajvar relish (340 g)
1-2 tsp cumin
3 tbsp vegetable stock
2 tbsp soy sauce
5 dl water
Instructions
Chop the garlic and onion. Fry in a pot for a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and let boil for 15 minutes. Serve with bread and plant based fraiche!
