Oumph! Döner Fajitas
1 pack Oumph! Kebab Döner Style (280 g)
3 tbsp water
4 large tortillas
6-7 peppers and chillies (medium or hot), cut into chunks
200 g tenderstem broccoli
2 lemons, cut in half
Cooking oil, for frying
Fajita spice, to taste
1 tin crushed tomatoes
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 tsp chilli flakes
Salt, pepper and lemon, to taste
Tomato sauce: Mix all the ingredients. Taste it to check if you like an extra squeeze of lemon in the sauce.
Fry the veggies in oil on medium heat. Fry the lemon halves as well, cut side down (it releases the flavour.)
Fry the Oumph! Kebab Döner Style (defrosted or straight from the freezer) in a hot frying pan – but with no fat added. Stir for 2-3 minutes. Add the water and fry until the water has evaporated.
Wrap the tortilla breads in tin foil and warm in the oven (160C) for a few minutes.
Now, for the final – and most important stage: chuck the Oumph! and veggies into the tortilla breads, top with tomato sauce and EAT!
