280 g Oumph! Thyme & Garlic
2 heads of Romaine lettuce
Some cherry tomatoes

50 ml unsweetened soybean milk
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1–2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp hemp seeds or 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
200–300 ml neutral rapeseed oil
2 tbsp capers
Approx. 1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and ground black pepper

croutons, easily made by breaking bread with your hands and roasting in the oven or buy ready made. Any vegan Parmesan cheese


Fry Thyme & Garlic in a hot pan with a little oil. Fry until Oumph! is crispy and has taken on a nice colour.

Break up the lettuce using your hands and rinse it. Cut up the cherry tomatoes.

Pour all the ingredients, apart from the lemon juice into a tall container, e.g. a litre measure or a pitcher. Pour in 100 ml of oil. Insert a stick blender and turn on. Add the rest of the oil while mixing. When the dressing gets thick, carefully add the lemon juice. Then continue with more oil. Taste and add what you think is missing. More oil; thicker dressing, water or lemon juice; thinner. You decide how much garlic you want to smell tomorrow…

Mix the lettuce with the dressing, add the Oumph!, tomatoes, croutons and perhaps a little sliced cheese. Have a napkin at hand…
