Oumph! Brunch Bagel
280 g Oumph! Salty & Smoky
¾ dl plant-based cream
350 g silken tofu
1–2 ml turmeric
1 tbsp. vegetable bouillon powder (alt half a bouillon cube)
Black salt or regular
Chopped parsley or chive
Salad or baby spinach
Fry Salty & Smoky in a hot pan until it gets a nice colour. Put it aside.
Boil the cream with turmeric and bouillon and mash the tofu into the cream with a beater. Let everything boil and then add seasoning. Add the herbs as the last step.
Split and roast or fry the bagel slices. Slice the tomatoes. Build an awesome brunch bagel!
