Oumph! Black Bread Burger

2 large, 3 medium


280 g The Chunk
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. HP sauce
0.5 dl BBQ sauce
2 ml salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. vegan cream
1 tbsp. potato flour
2 tbsp. breadcrumbs

1 large avocado
1 boiled beetroot (+ some juice)
1 splash of lime juice
1 ml chipotle powder
½ ancho chili pepper
0.5 dl oil


Pulse defrosted Oumph! in a mixer. The bits should be of different sizes – not a purée. Then mix the other ingredients of the burger and put in a cool place for approx. 10 minutes. Use the mass to form burgers and fry in a frying pan (or why not grill it!) until the surface looks good on both sides. You can also finish the burgers in the oven.

Soak the ancho chili pepper for at least 10 minutes. Chop half of it (or more if you like really hot food!), then mix with the remaining ingredients to get a smooth dressing. Roast sweet potatoes, add your favourite vegetables and chomp away! And no – you don’t need to use black bread, although it’s super awesome!
