Korean Sticky Oumph! Balls

Serves 4


1 packet of Oumph! Mince (450 g)

(or you can use 2 packs of (2 x 280g) Oumph! Balls)

10 ml of toasted sesame oil (or regular sesame oil if you can’t find it)

1-1 1/2 red chili, chopped 

50 ml fresh coriander, chopped 

1 tablespoon grated ginger 

40 ml plant-based cooking oil 

250 ml teriyaki sauce 

100 ml spicy Korean BBQ sauce 

Toasted sesame seeds and fresh coriander, to serve


Mix the ingredients for the balls and roll them in to balls, approx. 20 g per ball. 


Fry the balls in the cooking oil on medium heat. Turn down the heat and pour on the teriyaki sauce and BBQ sauce. Stir and let it cook for a few seconds. 


Pour the ball and sauce onto serving plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped coriander. Serve with rice.
