Ingredients:

100 g Oumph! Salty & Smoky

White bread, 4 slices per sandwich

1 tomato

Red onion

Iceberg or romaine lettuce

1 tsp demerara sugar

Plant-based margarine for frying

 

Dressing:

1 dl plant-based cheese

1 dl plant-based fraiche

4 tsp Dijon mustard

Black pepper and salt to taste

Instructions:

Defrost the Oumph! Salty & Smoky, and cut in to thin strips. Slice the tomato and red onions. Wash the salad and cut in to large slices. Mix the ingredients for the dressing, taste it and season to taste. Fry 100 g of sliced Oumph! Salty & Smoky, and season to taste. Add the sugar and fry until crispy. Fry the bread in a little margarine until golden brown. Add dressing to the bread and layer Oumph!, tomato, onion and salad leaves. The Oumph! OLT is done!
