Water, SOYA protein (24,6%), rapeseed oil, salt, natural aromas, seasoning (onion powder, garlic powder) burnt sugar, gelling agent (methylcellulose).
Cooking: 1. If cooking in portions: Thaw required amount at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes. Can also be heated in microwave on full power for 30 seconds in order to thaw quicker. Shake the bag afterwards. 2. Add seasoning as desired. 3. Add oil to a pan and fry on medium heat until cooked to your liking. 4. Works well as regular mince, for example as a base for Bolognese, lasagna or tacos. Then cook it from frozen and flavour. 5. Enjoy!
