Ingredients:

280 g Oumph! Salty & Smoky

1 tin of baked beans in tomato sauce

1/2 – 1 tomato per person

1 handful of button mushrooms

1-2 bread slices per person

Plant-based margarine for frying

Instructions:

Defrost the Oumph! Salty & Smoky. Fry the Oumph! in a little margarine on a high heat until crispy. Follow the omelette recipe HERE. Fry or grill the tomatoes in the oven, heat the baked beans, fry the mushroom, fry the bread in lots of margarine.

Serve with your favourite condiments and eat like a boss!
