American Pancakes Oumph! Style

280 g Oumph! Salty & Smoky

Plant-based margarine for frying

2.5 dl flour

4 tsp baking powder

3 dl soya milk

1.5 dl water

Maple syrup


Defrost the Oumph! Salty & Smoky. Mix all the dry ingredients for the pancakes in a large bowl. Whisk in the liquid ingredients until the pancake batter is smooth. Heat a little margarine in a non-stick frying pan and add appoximately 0,5 dl batter per pancake – don’t forget to flip them and cook on both sides! Add a little margarine in a separate frying pan and fry the Oumph! Salty & Smoky until crispy. Top the pancakes with Oumph! and insane amounts of maple syrup!
