Instructions

Barbeque oil

Barbeque seasoning:

1 tbsp paprika powder

Pinch of chili flakes

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Pinch of salt

Pinch of cumin

2 tsp sugar

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

Pinch ground ginger

1 tsp vegetable stock

Oil:

50 ml oil

2 tbsp dark soy sauce

2 tbsp barbecue seasoning (follow the recipe or use ready-made)

Mix all ingredients together and allow to sit for a few hours.

 

Simple BBQ marinade

100 ml chili sauce

1 tbsp oil

2 tsp liquid smoke

Pinch of garlic powder

Mix everything.

 

Pepper and lemon

2 tbsp light soy sauce

Half a lemon (peel and juice)

50 ml oil

2 tsp agave syrup or other syrup

1 garlic clove

0.5 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Salt

Peel the yellow rind from the lemon and press out the juice. Grate or press the garlic. Crush or use a mortar for the thyme. Mix all ingredients together and allow to sit for a few hours.

 

Korean BBQ

1 tbsp gochujang paste

1 tsp agave syrup

50 ml light soy sauce

1 tbsp roasted sesame oil

1 garlic clove

1 cm fresh ginger

2 tsp lime juice

1 tsp sesame seeds

Grate or press the garlic. Peel and grate the ginger. Mix together and allow to stand.

 

Indian

2 tbsp tandoori paste

1 tbsp mango chutney

2 tbsp garam masala

1 tsp lemon juice

100 ml coconut cream

Mix everything.

 

In all cases: Boil the Filet in water and allow to simmer for approx. 5 minutes. Pour out the water and marinate the hot Filets in a plastic bag, for example, for a couple of hours. Brush with oil regularly while cooking.
